Frist Sabbath in Thailand

A little taste of our team- CCP Thailand Team P.S. Some of us didn't this video was going to be official

Let the nations rejoice and see that God is good. Our staff leader put it well describing worship today, 'it was a little taste of what heaven will be like; every toungue, tribe, and nation rejoicing and giving praise to Lord of lords that gave us life'. God has been so incredibly sweet to us in our first weekend in Khon Kaen. He has provided our safety in travel, a Campus Outreach Staff that has a heart to see a nation turn from darkness to the light of Jesus, and has given our team a spirit of pure joy in helping the CO staff connect with the lost students of Khon Kaen University. As we have been getting to know the staff and Christian Thai students, it has been incredibly humbling to see how powerful the gospel of grace has penetrated their souls. These men and women are sold out for the gospel which has spurred our team and has been an amazing encuoragment to share the good news of Christ through our witness to the lost students. Worshiping in Thai and English was an experience that is hard to describe. It hit me yesterday as I was eating dinner with 4 Thai students and thier discipleship leader that half way across the world, we love the same God and meet as brothers-in-Christ to sharpen each other in our faith with the Almighty. Praise the Lord.

Today is the first day of the new year/semester for Khon Kaen University and my ministry group consists of Bill and Phillip, 2 guys from my team and our group leader Ny as well as his discipleship group students, who are focused on spreading the gospel with the science department at KKU. The Thai students love foreigners, and we hope to attract them and connect to our ministry partners so that the spirit may move in the hearts of the lost. We will eat dinner with Buddist students today. Pray that the Lord will use our ministry team as tools to expand the Lord's kingdom and fulfill his sovereign purpose. Pray for opprotunities to create interest among the lost students so that they will continue to seek contact with us and our ministry team. I love you team, and God's grace is upon you in the States!

Below is a picture of two Christian Thai students that will be helping our team spread the Good News of Jesuse Christ. My & Arm.

  1. Great video. Most of the Bangkok shots were right where we lived! Thanks for the small view of the city. Makes me homesick. :)
